Dave Tedlock
Author, Editor and Marketing Consultant

As an author, Dave has published scholarly articles, short stories and been a magazine and newspaper columnist. He also co-authored a writing textbook with Paul Jarvie.
 

Dave’s three careers include teaching writing at 9 colleges and universities, working as a copywriter in adagencies, and owning an Internet marketing and website development company, NetOutcomes.
 

Dave’s teaching career included stints at the Harvard Business School, Roger Williams University, Iowa State and the University of Arizona.
 

Dave grew up in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts in
English from the University of New Mexico and earned a Master’s in Fiction Writing from Brown University.
 

Dave lives in Tucson and in Santa Fe with his wife, Anne Hillerman, who is the New
York Times Bestseller author of the Leaphorn, Chee and Manuelito series. Her latest book, Lost
Birds, will be released on April 24, 2024.

Anne and Dave like to take long walks with their dogs, travel throughout the West, and talk to each other about writing, books and the stunning beauty they see every day.
